Rules

1. Smoking, Drinking, Girls and Pets are not allowed.
2. In case of Misbehavior, Registration will be canceled and the amount paid will be forfeited.
3. Any damages made to the property will be personally paid by the tenant in fault.
4. Tenant is responsible for his/her personal belongings.
5. Management is not responsible for any act of the tenant whether inside the premises or outside.
